African Greenland Safaris is committed to the support of local villages clinics in Tanzania, where medicaments and medical equipments are totally missing.
In June 2009 we have started our first aid project to support the Lake Magnara Clinic with medical equipment and medicaments.
We try to incorporate cultural visits in our tours where we know proceeds from the visit alone can assist local population. Moreover, it also gives a true insight into ordinary Tanzanian life and is often found to be very rewarding to both the visitor and the hosts. Cultural comparisons can be very insightful and can change the way many of us think, act and live… and what we often take for granted can be the life-support for others.
By giving we can change a few lives … we are comforted and happy to support the community.
